After 15 years in the fast-paced world of marketing and a personal experience with burnout. I knew there had to be a better way to work and live without being ruled by constant stress and anxiety.

That’s when I discovered breathwork.

What started as a simple practice to "log off my brain" at the end of a hectic day soon became something much deeper. Breathwork helped me sleep better, approach challenges with calm and clarity, and stay grounded in high-pressure environments. I became more present, more focused, and more resilient.

Curious about why it worked so well, I began studying the science behind it and that's what led me to launch Co.Regulate, a breathwork coaching practice specifically designed for busy professionals and business owners looking to manage stress, avoid burnout, and boost performance.
