Group Breathwork Coaching

Breathwork is powerful on its own. But in a group setting, something deeper happens.

Here’s why:

  • Co-regulation is biological. Humans are wired to regulate with others. Just being in a space with others breathing consciously can lower your baseline stress.

  • It normalises emotional regulation. You realise you’re not the only one running on adrenaline and caffeine. That shared awareness creates safety and lasting change.

  • You tap into collective calm. The group effect accelerates nervous system shifts. You get out of your head faster, drop into your body sooner, and stay regulated longer.

  • It builds capacity. When you learn to regulate in the presence of others, your ability to stay grounded under pressure increases - at work, at home, everywhere.

No forced vulnerability. No awkward sharing circles. Just shared breath, guided practice, and the kind of calm that actually sticks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How long are group sessions?

All our group coaching sessions are 30-minutes, made to slot within your work day. Please arrive promptly, anyone later than 5 minutes will not be admitted so as not to disturb the session for others.

Question 2: Where are they held?

All sessions are held online on a Google Meet, you'll be sent a link with you're email booking confirmation.

Question 3: What can I expect from a group session?

You can expect to be in a room with likeminded, busy professionals. Participants will be invited to speak (if they wish to) during the check-in and check-out period but muted for the main body of the session.

Each session will have a focus, whether its - Reset - Revive - Restore and generally build up the practise of one particular breathwork technique.

Question 4: What do I need for the session?

Your laptop, and maybe some headphone and a bottle of water. Nothing else. If you're in the office, find a quiet space you can sit comfortably in.

It's important that you will be asked to stay on camera, the coach will ideally want to have visibility of at least the top half of you during a practice to monitor how the breathwork practice is landing and ensure a safe practice.

Question 5: What if I need to cancel?

Details of how to cancel will be within your confirmation booking email. If you cancel with less than 6-hours notice you will still be charged.

Question 6: Do I need to have experience to join?

No, sessions are designed to support you whether you’re brand new or already have a practice. You'll be guided through every step of the way and offered adaptions to suit all different needs.

Question 7: Will my medical conditions impact me getting involved?

You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before your first session and outline any physical and mental health concerns. Breathwork is generally a very safe practice, however there are some techniques that aren't advised for certain health conditions - so the more we are aware of the better we can adapt to suit your needs.

Before the session the coach may contact you for further information, or in some circumstances a doctors note to confirm you are medically approved to participate. If you are unable to do so, your session may be cancelled or postponed.

The coach will signpost within the session any contra-indications for techniques that may have medical concerns and offer you an alternative. If at any point you feel light-headed, or uneasy, you are advised to return to your not normal breathing pattern.

In signing your health questionnaire you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant information, are aware of the risk and agree that the practitioner or Co.Regulate are not liable for any injury, accident or otherwise.

Question 8: How many people are in a group breathwork session?

Group sessions are limited to 12 participants. This ensures every participant can be seen, supported, and guided safely throughout the practice. A smaller group allows the coach to monitor each person’s breathing, posture, and emotional state, and to step in if adjustments or reassurance are needed.

It also creates a more intimate, focused environment, where you can feel comfortable, heard, and connected without the distractions or anonymity of a large class.
