Breathwork for Anxiety

This four-week course offers a clear, practical approach to easing anxiety through the breath. Each week we’ll meet for a one-hour online session where you’ll learn grounding and balancing breathing techniques that can calm the body in moments of overwhelm and gradually reduce the intensity of anxious symptoms over time.

You’ll build a toolkit of simple, effective practices you can turn to whenever you feel unsettled. Methods that help steady your nervous system, create more space in the mind, and reconnect you with a sense of inner stability. There will also be time for questions, reflection, and integration so the work becomes part of your everyday life, not just something you do once a week.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, and a wish to feel more at ease in your own body. This course is an opportunity to meet anxiety with clarity, compassion, and practical support.
